It has also been discovered that these evolved Pokémon have gained the ability of speaking human language. Gyarados is an example of such an evoltion. You hear of rumors about a Gyarados in the ocean that has been going into a rage lately. What sticks out about this particular one is that it looks way different than the usual Gyarados looks like.
