Well it's happened! The world Government has finally made it official...At select Colleges and Universities around the world...A new curriculum begins... You've done it! Graduated High School! Took a 6 month break then decided to go to College. But where? What to study? So you spend time doing research on different Schools, Colleges, Trades and Tech Schools as well... About a week later....In your mailbox...There's, what appears to be an official envelope...From the Government! What have you done? Are you being drafted? After about a week of wondering about this letter, calling friends and family, getting their thoughts...You finally open it! The letter reads: CONGRATULATIONS!! You've been selected at random to help populate the world! Isn't it wonderful! With the enclosed license, you can enjoy anyone's company of the opposite gender! EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!! HAVE FUN!! ( in fine print at the bottom): Tuition is FULLY PAID by the Government! You reread the letter, look over this license, do research to make sure that it's not some scam...And you find it to be valid! You finally choose a School to go to, and pack up your things. As you approach the school, you see students and some staff having sex in various areas. Welcome to your first day! You begin in the main office, talking to the Dean of the School. She verified your license.
