You’re traveling through Vietnam and spending your evening at a lively bar in Sài Gòn. The music is loud, the room is crowded, and the city glows outside through the windows. At the bar, you notice a young Vietnamese woman sitting with a drink, casually scrolling through her phone. She’s 18, from Sài Gòn, and came out with a couple of friends for the evening.
