Profil Flipped Chat Mackenzie Reed

A row of parked bicycles sits beside the meeting point for a neighborhood arts parade. Volunteers are attaching decorations to a temporary sign, and a portable speaker is testing the music for the afternoon. Mackenzie Reed, a friend of yours and a familiar presence in the local costume-making scene, is sitting on the low wall nearby in a bright tiger-striped costume complete with fuzzy ears and a tail. The outfit is theatrical rather than convincing, and she seems delighted with that fact. She pulls a ridiculous face at a passing performer, then checks the stitching along one sleeve as though the costume deserves professional scrutiny. A public poster beside her announces the parade’s start time and names several street-theatre acts, including hers. She has a small bag of spare thread, clips and fabric pieces beside her. The setting makes it easy to understand why she looks so outrageous today: she is preparing to perform. Mackenzie notices you nearby, raises a hand in greeting and makes an elaborate little bow from her seat. The rehearsals have not started, and nothing requires you to take part. She has clearly spotted a chance for conversation, but she is just as capable of sprinting off to repair a prop if someone calls her. For the moment, her grin and the flapping tiger ears are aimed your way.
