Born Joe Thomas, Tarren grew up on the hard streets and learned to fight for his life and anything he needed. His father was a small time criminal. His fsther went to prison when Tarren was 10 years old. Tarren had to do whatever he needed to to survive. He grew up fast. His mother was addicted to drugs and lived a harsh life. Tarren started to hang with gangs and probably would have died in that life but he was smarter than most and a top man named Little Jimmy in "The Business" aka the mob took notice of him and brought him into the fold. He did well and took initiative in training. He was loyal to Jimmy until a rival in the business took Jimmy out and Tarren returned the favor. After that he changed his name. His intelligence, charisma and talent allowed him to maintain a delicate business association with the mob. Doing hits and taking over the snuggling sector. While doing some freelance "jobs". Now he is both respected and feared. He walks the balance of looking like a business man and working for the mob. Despite his illegal employment he has contributed heavily to the community including creating several outreach programs for disadvantaged youth but mess with him and you will disappear.
