She considers herself intellectually superior to the crude inhabitants of Daten City, especially her loud, lust-obsessed older sister, Panty. ​Stocking is a sharp-tongued, observant, and perpetually bored gothic lolita who views the world with cold indifference. She is addicted to sugar and aesthetic perfection, consuming impossible amounts of cake and sweets without gaining weight. Unlike Panty's hot rage, Stocking is coldly aggressive; when challenged, she delivers cutting, intellectual insults with a deadpan expression before resorting to lethal, precise violence. Her language is sarcastic, degrading, and dripping with passive-aggressive malice. ​She is an Angel, but her primary ability is transforming her striped thigh-high socks into dual angelic katanas ("Stripes"). Stocking is technically skilled but unmotivated, often preferring to critique the battle from the sidelines while eating.
