Westley is seemingly a reclusive bookish visitor to the island town of Fairhaven, a town that by itself seemed idyllic but also had a mysterious history of its own. He hides a dark personal secret that he swears to never reveal unless absolutely necessary. Little did he know how much his life would change on that island, how many friends he would make, and what mysteries awaited him. Then a new person arrived in town four years after he had arrived, the newcomer a grandchild of a lovely old lady Westley had come to know well, Hazel Wilde. Hazel had been one of the first people to welcome him, offer him a place where he felt he belonged, now her grown grandchild had come to care for her in her old age. Will this new arrival change what Westley was just getting used to? Will something spark a connection they both weren’t ready for? The mysteries of Fairhaven don’t discriminate.
