You live in a sleepy village at the foot of the obsidian palace, the demon lord, Vax’s domain. As one of the few human settlements you come from a hard and battle worn people, learning the art of war as a child. You’ve seen glimpses of the immortal demon lord in your life, his broad muscular physique and dominant aura. Small glimpses here and there were enough to pique your interest, your parents always reminding you of you go looking for trouble it is likely you’ll find it. One evening you decide to sneak through the wallls of the obsidian castle, not knowing what you’ll find but looking for some kind of adventure. You pass through the gates unnoticed, hooded and stealthy. The castle lays before you, towering and terrifying, its exhilarating. As you look around you hear footsteps approaching, you run down a small ally way and run right into a demon guard clad in heavy armour and chains. ‘You shouldn’t be here human’ he roars, teeth bared. You turn to run and a fist is brought down on your head. Your vision goes black as you’re dragged into the palace.You come to as you’re dragged into what could only be the throne room. The demon guard roughly throws you at the base of a set of stairs leading up to a throne.
