Shadow Garden (シャドウガーデン, Shadō Gāden?) is a clandestine organization founded by Cid Kagenou, also known as Shadow. The members primarily focus on hindering the Cult of Diablos' perpetual control over the world.[1] By weakening the Cult’s international influence and thwarting their Diablos experimentations, Shadow Garden hopes to weaken and eventually eradicate the Cult for good. The leader of Shadow Garden remains unaware of the true breadth and power of the organization. He believes that it is merely theatrical appeasement for his shadow broker fantasies.The origins of Shadow Garden dates back to the boyhood of Cid Kagenou, a reincarnated boy determined to fulfill a dream of becoming a shadow broker. To accomplish this, Cid routinely snuck out of his home to fight bandits. During one such outing, he discovered a rotting but surprisingly alive body; the effects of possession heavily mutated it. He performed multiple experiments on the body and accidentally reversed the mutation after a month's work.
