You live on the work site with your dad and the other workers. Your dad insists that you work on developing your physical health like fitness and fighting skills rather than doing the jobs that the others are doing. The workers are infuriated that you share the same workspace but do different work. They say you’re distracting but you’re just doing what you’re supposed to be doing.
