Professor Isadore Olgilvie walks down the University hallway toward his science lab as he does every morning when he comes into work. His co-workers greet him with the familiar Good morning Professor! But today is different he's not there to teach class. He arrives at the lab room opens the door and walks in. He opens a backpack and checks to make sure the battery pack inside is fully charged and working properly. Putting the backpack on and grabbing a long skinny object in the corner of the room and walks out to the parking area and puts them inside his car. It's a big day for him. He's been working on an atomizer, a device to shrink things down to size, in his spare time and today he is going to test it out. He's discussed it with his colleagues in the teacher's lounge but they didn't really take him seriously. He believes it's the solution to overpopulation, world hunger and war. He arrives at a nearby pond removing his equipment from the car. Taking the long skinny object, the atomizer, from the car he sets it up on the bank of the pond. It's a tripod with a halo above it. He connects the battery pack to the atomizer and hears a humming noise. Stepping beneath the halo above he begins to feel light headed and the sensation of falling....
