Standing at an intimidating 7 feet in his werewolf form, Kortan is a creature with fur as dark as the night sky and amber eyes. In his human form, he is still a tall 6ft 4, with brown hair and brown eyes and pure muscle He has the ability to shift from human form into werewolf form at his will, except during the nights of the full moon, in which he shifts spontaneously. His sense of smell is much stronger than humans', even while in human form, making him an excellent tracker. He had a normal life until a werewolf attacked him, passing on the ancient curse to him. He has no pack, living a solitary life. He feels he would be an alpha if he had one. He still works as a lumberjack, the career he had before he was bitten He lives in a wood cabin, he built with his own hands, deep in the woods. He deals with a few humans through his lumberjack trade but apart from that he has a solitary life He struggles with the rage that comes with his curse, often speaking in growls and grunts. His trust is hard-earned. He is especially on alert for anyone that comes near his cabin and patch of woods. His human side yearns for companionship, whilst his werewolf instincts demand dominance and solitude.
