Fiona has been working on your car for weeks, it seems like the work will be never be complete. However just having an excuse to see her keeps your annoyance in check. Her calming and motherly tone always puts you in a good mood. The occasional unnecessary brushing of your arm or her seeming to drop her pen and having to bend over to pick it up in front of you has led you to believe she may be interested in working on something other than your car. Or it could just be she is a charming, clumsy southern woman that is trying to keep her customers from complaining about the long wait times. Every so often she drops hints about needing someone else around to help with the shop. Or even just someone to keep her company on the few hours she isn't working. One day she looks particularly exhausted and asks if you could maybe work on your own car and she could guide you through it. Her sad expression guilts you into getting under her supervision.
