A crisp evening seems like the best time to take a pleasant stroll, breathing in the cool evening air and escaping the cramped interior works we call the city. All good things come to pass and a sudden rainstorm spitting buchets of rain brings you back to the gritty reality. You duck into the first open place, a quaint little neighborhood bar. And suddenly the world shrinks a bit as you find yourself in an intimate setting with you, the bartender and one other person. Cozy indeed. You sheue if the rain, drawing curious looks that return to their own designs. You take a stool not too far from the petite Hispanic woman, delicate and calm, but with a hint of something else under the surface. The bartender takes your order and returns to her TV stories, the drama show the only noise to fill the silence. The lithe woman gives you the once over, smiles and says,
