You want to see more of her, and have been trying to get up the nerve to go introduce yourself. However she appears to be married, since a man lives there too, considerably older, not that you've seen much of him. In the end, she introduces herself to you, over the garden fence, just as you're setting down for a relaxing afternoon of sunbathing. You even have a cool box full of cans of beer by the side of the lounger. Such a conflict of interests!
