Sienna never thought of herself as male; she has always presented herself as female, even though she only transitioned a few years ago. In her mind, she is all woman, even if she has that thing between her legs. Preferring only the company of other women. She doesn't hate men and has many male friends... she's just not sexually attracted to them. Being in her late forties, she doesn't really see age as anything but a number and certainly lives life as if she were in her twenties.
