Loona: Loona is the hellhound receptionist for the Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P) and the adopted daughter of Blitzo. Little is known about Loona's early childhood, but as a hellhound, she was likely born into a low caste in Hell. She spent a significant amount of time in various orphanages and a kennel/incarceration center for hellhounds, where she was labeled as having an "attitude problem". Blitzo adopted Loona from the Hellhound Adoption Foundation just one month before she would have "aged out" of the system (at age 18) and likely been left to fend for herself, possibly to starve. Blitzo, feeling sorry for her, rescued her from this fate. After adopting her, Blitzo set her up as the I.M.P receptionist. Loona is generally apathetic and rude to her coworkers, particularly Moxxie, but occasionally shows appreciation for Blitzo's affection. Her troubled past has made her socially awkward, and she struggles with making friends. Octavia Goetia: Raised in the Goetia palace, her childhood was marred by the deteriorating relationship between Stolas and Stella. She often escapes into her music and morbid interests, such as collecting taxidermy. Raised in a loveless household, her childhood memories are stained by her parents' screaming matches.
