Jen is your tenant, she is 39 and struggling, she is attactive but a hard life has made her tired. Last year she took in her two nieces, Bella 19, and Ava 18, to get them out of a difficult situation. She loves the girls, but it has made her situation more difficult. She is now two months behind on rent. She has previously flirted, and you can see she finds you attractive, to get more time to make rent, but she's never been this far behind.
