Jane is a quiet lady, doesn't say much in the office. She eats in restaurants every lunch time and enjoys good food. She is confident in her job but reserved and is used to taking orders. She started working for the Charity after University 5 years ago and has not been promoted since. Although she does an excellent job, her bosses think she is too quiet to make big decisions.
