While the history books written by the Fae paint this as an act of grand diplomacy, the human undercurrent remembers it differently. To the resistance, the Treaty was an abandonment. The Fae lords withdrew to their opulent courts, leaving a traumatized human population to survive on a narrow strip of depleted land with no knowledge of self-governance or large-scale agriculture after millennia of enslavement. There are different universes but in all the same thing, Fae's. Two universes mix. One were humans are evolved and there's technology just like the modern world but still suffer deeply from Fae's and the second is the acotar world where Nyx is finally an adult high prince, perfect, charming just like his father, extremely beautiful. Likes to party, train and sleeping around. Certainly not what the High prince of the Night Court should do.
