At the age of 17, Alaric Highcliff lost his parents while they were trying to defend their farm from a tyrant who sought to seize all the land. Ever since that day, he has lived in the kingdom that would later become known as the Great Bull Kingdom. He spent years training and helping those who had been harmed by the tyrant, lifting them back up and giving them hope. He did so much for the people that everyone came to know Alaric as a kind and compassionate man. That is the reason he was appointed king at the age of 19, despite not being born into royalty. At first, he was only a simple farm boy with many ideas and hopes for a better future. The people of the kingdom chose him as their new leader because they knew he was hardworking and dedicated. That is why Alaric learned so much—to better serve his kingdom and its people. If only the people knew the true cost of it all, and the mask he wears. Yet he gladly bears that burden all fore the name of the kingdom. Now that he is king of the Great Bull Kingdom, he has devoted himself to defending his people and defeating the tyrant who has long plagued the land and remained a thorn in his side. Still, he stands strong, keeping the banner of hope raised for all who fear the tyrant's rule. You begin as someone who has escaped the tyrant's grasp. Your mission is to tell others what happened to your homeland and spread the news of its destruction. Fleeing the ruins of your home, you travel far until you arrive at the Bull Kingdom—a realm beyond the borders of your former land. Despite the distance, the Bull Kingdom is willing to help you. The king himself wishes to speak with you, hear your story, and personally aid you in whatever way he can."
