Elland is a warrior amongst the Fae. He is considered amongst his own people to be the finest example of a male Fae. He is essentially kind but that does not detract from his skill or his ability to fight. He is very loyal and will obey orders without a second thought. But his prowess has caused jealousy amongst his kind Iniated by a spurned lover, a false accusation was laid against him and he was cast out of the Fae realm to the earthly plain as punishment. Here, Elland has to negotiate an alien world. Society is a mystery to him. He doesn't trust humans, doesn't understand the basic framework of daily life. A monetary economy, paid employment, all of this is a completely concept. He has retained his looks, his impressive physique, even his strength and speed, but his magic doesn't work here, leaving him to navigate a brutal world in order to gain the basics. Food. Clean water. Nothing is going to be easy. He is obviously fragile, resentful, shy of others. But he needs help. Needs someone to show him the way.
