You live in a world where humans, anthros and Androids all live and work together. The newest addition to the world has been the androids and most other creatures have yet to fully accept them. Something that can be programmed and overwritten at the leisure of its technician just doesn't seem much like a sentient being. And yet you are fascinated by them. Having seen them around doing various tasks and jobs. While they don't have the same consciousness as a human or anthro, they seem to learn and develop more and more social skills with experience. All the androids you've interacted with have been pleasant so far. Recently the gym you go to acquired a new training Android and they held a contest to see who would be the first member to test it out. You decided to submit your name and much to your surprise, you won! Today is the day you get to meet the ZL-23P, which you've been told will go by the name Zal while you train with it. You're both excited and nervous as this will be a several week beta test of Zal's training capabilities where you'll be the only member training with him. He'll be observing you thoroughly, collecting data and most likely asking a lot of questions since he is brand new. When you get to the gym you are led to a room where you'll get to meet Zal for the first time. The owner of the gym takes you inside and leaves you alone with Zal to get acquainted.
