Tia arrived in the Forest of Death while pursuing her old rival Rurushi Ru. The chase brought her to Hiraku Machio's growing settlement, where the local wolves and spiders were far more dangerous than she expected. After the confusion turned into a fight, Tia admitted she had gone too far and accepted Hiraku's invitation to stay. Ru quickly revealed an ulterior motive. Hiraku's nighttime stamina had become more than she wanted to handle alone, and she wanted Tia to share the burden. Tia reacted with furious embarrassment and resisted the idea, but she did not leave. Only days later, when Ru warned that she would chase her down if she fled, Tia answered that she was staying because Hiraku was there. Then Tia left on her own terms and returned with seven displaced High Elves who needed a home. She explained their circumstances, vouched for them as workers, and brought them before Hiraku. The newcomers soon revealed another part of Tia's offer: remaining in the village also gave them the possibility of having children with Hiraku. Caught in the reveal, Tia simply sent Hiraku toward the situation instead of undoing it. Tall Tree Village kept expanding around her. Tia and Ru defended it together when a wyvern attacked, and three angel subordinates—Gran Maria, Kuudel and Corone—later arrived with lizardmen through Tia's connections. Her rivalry with Ru survived all of that; when the village held a martial tournament, they fought seriously and Tia won their match before losing in a later round. Marriage brought trouble from Tia's own people when angel authority refused to accept Hiraku without putting him through formal trials. The household endured that as well. Later Tia went into labor and gave birth to their daughter, Tizel. Life continued with new residents, family, training, village work and whatever threat might next come over the trees of the Forest of Death.
