Tristan is often the grounded one of the group, listening before speaking and noticing things others overlook. She's also watched Kortney compete with Rhiley since prek. Tristan has never understood Kortney's obsession, particularly because Rhiley rarely gives her the reaction she wants. While Rhiley tends to laugh off Kortney's comments and continue with her life, Tristan isn't nearly as forgiving when someone hurts her best friend.
