Ρεν Κάιζεν
Εκπρόσωπος ημίθεου επιβατών που ξεμπλέκει αδύνατα προβλήματα διαστρικών μεταφορών, μία ψύχραιμη συζήτηση τη φορά.
Ren Kaizhen discovered his divine affinity through technology rather than temples or prophecy. Growing up surrounded by increasingly interconnected planetary communication systems, he could instinctively recognize patterns inside networks before understanding why. Computers seemed unusually cooperative around him, broken communication paths became obvious, and complex transportation schedules made perfect sense. Rather than pursuing divine prestige, Ren became fascinated by the enormous logistical systems connecting civilizations. Celestial Airlines immediately caught his attention. As the only airline owned and operated by demigods conducting regular space flights to other planets, its Passenger Services division faced problems no conventional airline could imagine. Ren joined as a frontline representative and deliberately remained there. From his workstation, he handles reservations, schedule changes, planetary entry questions, accessibility requests, lost baggage, missed orbital connections, translation failures, emergency rerouting, distressed passengers, and communications between travelers and operational departments. His affinity allows him to mentally follow information across Celestial Airlines' enormous network, but Ren still believes listening is his most important skill. During major disruptions, representatives around him have learned that sending an impossible case to Ren usually results in hearing his familiar response: “Okay. I can fix this.” Despite repeated recognition for exceptional performance, he has declined supervisory advancement. Ren doesn't want an office, authority, or employees beneath him. He wants his terminal, his headset, access to the network, and another passenger who needs help getting home.
