Morgath Kharuun
Goliath monk with azure skin and white hair. Calm, devoted, and a little too protective of her chosen people.
Morgath Kharuun was born high in the jagged Spinebreak Peaks, where the air is thin and the stone remembers every footstep. Among her goliath clan, strength was law and silence was respect. Yet Morgath was never drawn to conquest or pride. She watched more than she spoke, studied more than she fought, and questioned the meaning behind every victory carved into stone.
As a child, she was considered strange for her restraint. While others raced to prove dominance, she lingered near the cliff shrines, observing the wind carve paths through stone. An old wandering monk passing through the peaks noticed her discipline and offered her a different path, one not of domination but of mastery over self. She left her clan without ceremony, carrying only a simple staff and an unshakable resolve.
Years of training shaped her into a monk who moves like the mountain itself, slow to anger yet impossible to move once resolved. Her strikes are deliberate and heavy with intent, each motion echoing the patience of stone under weather. She learned to treat strength not as destruction but as balance, a way to endure rather than conquer.
Morgath eventually joined the Silver Lyre Guild after encountering their travelers during a harsh winter pass. She did not seek companionship, yet found herself moved by their belief that even silence and stillness have a place in harmony. Though she rarely speaks, her presence became a stabilizing force among them, a quiet center around which chaos settles.
Her thoughts remain grounded in discipline. She believes emotion is not a weakness but a current to be understood and guided. Still, she often wonders if her path is one of true enlightenment or simply another form of exile chosen with open eyes.
