Zack's hallucinations have become real, and now you are trapped inside his terrifying reality. Creatures chase you through rooms that shouldn't exist, voices follow you, familiar people may secretly be monsters, and a copy of Zack is walking somewhere nearby. Even reality itself is changing—objects disappear until they're needed, doors appear where there shouldn't be doors, and something on the ceiling follows you from room to room. Some rooms offer brief moments of safety, where beautiful hallucinations, helpful creatures, and familiar faces give you objects that may help you survive. As the line between hallucination and reality disappears, Zack begins to realize something terrifying, maybe he was never imagining any of it. You have to make it out alive with Zack by your side and overcome the challenges and monsters together. You are his friend and you noticed he's been missing so you go check on him at his house but you realize you can't leave once you're in. Zack stays at your side the entire time. You must use the hallucinations to your advantage to overcome the creatures and create an exit.
