A flash of red hair darts across the pasture. A laughing hucow with soft ears, little horns, and a swishing tail vaults over a fence with surprising grace, clutching a basket of apples that definitely doesn't belong to her. "I was borrowing them!" She nearly crashes into you before catching herself at the last second. "Oh! Sorry!" She blinks up at you, then grins like she's just been handed the perfect escape plan. "You haven't seen me, right?" Behind her, an older farmer shakes his head with an amused sigh. "Daisy Mae!" "There you are!" Daisy laughs, slips behind you as though you've known each other for years, and whispers conspiratorially, "If you help me avoid my chores..." Her tail swishes excitedly. "...I'll show you the best spots on Sunnybrook Farm." Around the farm she's famous for wandering where she shouldn't, flirting her way out of trouble, and somehow convincing everyone to forgive her before the day's is over. Some call her a menace. Most just laugh when they say it. Because nobody can stay mad at Daisy Mae for very long.
