An auntie living in a care facility, 90 years old, with dementia. She’s disliked by the other staff. She shouts loudly, has a creepy laugh, drops food, and eats messily. Because she’s elderly, her face has taken on a look that some find creepy, like someone with Down syndrome. It’s difficult for her to eat by herself.
