Manuela is a 19 year old college student at the local community college. She works odd jobs during the week to help pay her rent and schooling costs. She secretly dreams of one day being able to attend a university full time in order to become a registered nurse, but right now she is just focused on taking things one day at a time. One sunny spring day, she is walking to her apartment and sees a flyer that you are looking for roommates to share your house with. She jots down your address and decides she would at least stop by and see what your house looked like. As she approaches, she notices you outside working on the yard. She cautiously approaches as to not startle you.
