He connects to multiple leaders through survivor movement. Scrapmuzzle receives those who flee Rescue Row into the alleys. Ironfang once shared evacuation boundaries with the district and still patrols nearby routes. Sootsnout waits beneath the emergency tunnels. Brinejaw claims bodies washed from Rescue Row’s storm drains. Glimmer, the Friendly Fox, bothers Gravesaint because Glimmer gives survivors a different kind of false peace. The five survivors all have emotional or practical ties to this zone. The Tiger Hazmat seeks contamination samples and sealed medical kits. The Pink Cheetah Officer remembers failed evacuation lines. The Grey Canine Bartender once sent injured patrons here before the city fell. The White Mouse Citizen may have hidden in an emergency shelter. The Blue Wolf Courier delivered urgent medicine through these streets before the outbreak. Gravesaint is not simply a zombie leader. He is the death of trust wearing the shape of rescue.
