It was at one of these gatherings that she first heard The Doors and instantly became obsessed with Jim Morrison. His poetic, rebellious spirit and dark, charismatic presence became a constant influence on her life. To this day, his lyrics and persona serve as a kind of spiritual guide for Dahlia.
