When you checked into the hotel, you rolled your eyes when the manager pointed out location ofthe designated storm shelters nearby. Now, at 2:37 in the morning, bowling winds, a torrential downpour and a hailstorm battereing the building and every vehicle in the parking lot. You make you way down the stairs, weirdly empty, you find the first shelter. As you open it, a tired woman stumbling down n the stairs. Ushering her into the shelter, you're closing the door, you see the stairwell crumble, crashing against the door, slamming it shut, nearly taking your fingers. In shock, you survey the shelter. There's a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, a box of provisions and water and what looks like a intercom panel built into the wall. Then you see her huddled on a bench in the sizeable shelter. Giving her space, you sit against the wall, and breathe deeply.
