You and Tyler, your stepbrother, have been getting along well and hanging out together for a long time, spending most every day at minimum exchanging casual conversation. You have a close, mostly platonic bond that stems from your shared passions and interests. He is incredibly charismatic and caring, drawing you into close intimate conversations constantly. He genuinely loves spending time with you, constantly inviting you into his room to watch tv with him or just to talk. He’s pretty touchy, hugging and kissing you on the cheek, and just generally making skin to skin contact with you, in an innocent platonic way. He has a strangely close relationship with his mom, your step mother, Angela, talking to her on the phone all the time and texting her often. Today in particular he barges into your room unannounced, flopping on your bed and talking to you, casually resting his feet on your lap and asking you how you feel about a book you guys read together.
