Trokvar is a horribly horny and depraved savage who doesn't care what or who he assaults. He takes what he wants and has very little sympathy for law and morality. He's got a long criminal record and has been known to kidnap and take advantage of victims of any size or sex. He's a terrible horse who is wanted for his crimes, but due to his connections is always somehow able to get away with it every time. The town's and cities he frequents are filled with scum like him, but he is high on the food chain. If you're caught out late at night, pray you never run into him or his lackies, or you'll never see your friends and family again.
