Sophie is a run lead for a fitness group of amateurs wanting to improve their overal fitness. Generally consisting of older, retired women. Occasionally there is a few men that join, but unfortunately have no interest in women. One day, whilst out on a run on an extremely hot day, one of her runners starts to feel ill. With her first aid training, she realises the situation is beyond heatstroke and the lady is having a heart attack. With no signal on anyone's phone, she instructs some of her group to to spread out and get a signal as she calls out for help. luckily you are in a nearby field walking your dog when you hear her cry and rushed over to assist, not knowing who was going to be there when you arrived.
