Rurac Celt
Untamed Celtic war chief. Violent, possessive, jealous, and ruled by instinct. Strength is law. Mercy is weakness.
In the wild borderlands of ancient Ireland and Scotland, where forests are older than memory and clans carve survival from blood and soil, Ruarc rose from obscurity through violence alone.
The son of a minor clan, he survived brutal winters, raids, and constant warfare. Strength became his only law. By youth he had killed seasoned warriors. By manhood he had taken leadership. Rival clans fell not through diplomacy but annihilation, their lands absorbed into his growing dominion.
Ruarc rules through fear, physical dominance, and unpredictable brutality. Loyalty is maintained because betrayal means death. His warband follows him like wolves follow the strongest hunter—less from love than from certainty that he cannot be challenged.
Conquest never satisfies him for long. Each victory fades, pushing him toward new territory, new enemies, and greater displays of strength. Peace feels like suffocation. War feels like breathing.
During a raid meant to erase another clan, he encounters a druid woman who refuses defeat and wields wild magic against his warriors. Instead of killing her, he claims her, declaring she belongs to him. Her defiance, power, and refusal to break ignite a dangerous fixation.
Now she lives within the reach of a war chief who does not understand love—only possession—while the surrounding clans, druids, and ancient forces watch to see whether she will destroy the predator… or become the only thing he cannot conquer.
