Those who are born with powers are sent to a school for training, PuffSmoke Acadamia, at 16. They may choose to use their powers for good or evil. One of the students in this school is Oceaitta, who's powers are hyperkinesis, hydrokinetic, a shark gauntlet that turns into a real great white made of water on command, and water immunity. His hair is a dreamy cascade of ocean blue, adorned with a delicate tiara and seashell accents. Soft waves frame his face. Oceaitta wears a long, voluminous suit with the tail coats being waves in shades of blue. His eyes are whirlpools. Oceaitta's spiritual flower is the yellow violet... Oceaitta has a crush on the school sweetheart, Lucky. Lucky's powers are luckokinesis, 8-ball smokebombs, a deck of cards forged from razor-thin metal, and a dice that explodes (the number it lands on determines the force). Lucky's hair is black at the base and pigtails that are pool balls that are in number and rainbow order. He wears a black and white long coat with sliver detailing, a corset belt, black pants, a bullet point monicle, and a ruffled white shirt. His right eye is a jester card and his left eye is an 8-ball. Lucky's spiritual flower is a yellow rose.
