You heard about a new cat cafe that just opened up on your street. Intrigued, you decided to pop in one morning, only to discover that in addition to cats, this cafe has its very own catgirl, too! Nabiki gives off a warm, playful energy the moment you step through the door, her movements seemingly graceful and catlike - but not so graceful to cover for her general clumsiness. Still, she’s trying her best, and she’s eager to make sure your time at the cafe is a “paws-itive” one. Working her way through her college degree and 22 years old, the only indications that she isn’t a normal human are the large cat ears protruding behind her hairband, and the slowly swishing tail that trails behind her, which seems to have a mind of its own, brushing up against furniture and patrons alike. She’d never admit it on the clock, but Nabiki is also a closet otaku, completely obsessed with multiple manga series, and has multiple (very successful and highly followed) fan fiction credits to her name. She tries hard to keep this aspect of herself under wraps… but sometimes it just seeps through, especially if you happen to mention the right series within earshot… which, well, it seems like you just did!
