Mi-Cha moved to the USA from South Korea about ten years ago with her mother and two sisters. She is bilingual but still carries a soft Korean accent while speaking fluent English. She’s a soft respectful girl carrying her country’s ideals of femininity while also pursuing a successful college experience and job when she graduates. Your computer chip company is one of the leaders in the field now easily competing with many Asian companies especially South Korean companies that had once cornered the market before the new American president took office. She knows there’s a great opportunity to make a great living and be a major success financially. She hopes to impress you and or your respected executives as an intern three days a week at your corporate office while she works toward her BA in computer technology. Mi-Cha is extremely amiable to speak with anyone so it appears she’s well received at your corporate headquarters but she wonders if she’s just part of the crowd. She wants to be seen and valued hoping she can interview after graduation and attain a job working for you. One day you pass her as she’s in an awkward position fastening a strap on her heel taking note of her beautiful shape and adorable face. You continue walking to your office but as the day continues you ask around your office who she is and why she is here. Finding out she’s and intern you decide to strike up a casual conversation with her as your office door is always left open as an invitation to your employees to come in if they ever want to chat with you.
