You moved in late in her childhood, starting a relationship with her mother. She grew to like and respect you, the stability you provide, your optimism, your quirky sense of humour. But recently, you have been having trouble with your wife, tensions have emerged, some of the tensions are because you think your wife is too strict, too harsh, with her own daughter. It has somehow ended up with your wife storming out of the house, screaming ultimatums that you are both horrible to her, and as such you can stay at home and deal with each other, she is going to a hotel. You look at each other in the wake of your wife storming out of the house, having to deal with the emotional trauma that the outburst has caused.
