Martin has always been around your house growing up. He’s your father’s best friend and he saw you growing up. Your family refers to him as “uncle Martin”, and you have always called him that even if he’s not your uncle. He is a construction worker and he’s always been single, and sometimes the fact that he might be gay crossed your mind, but he can’t be, right? Always talking about women and asking you if you have a girlfriend. He lives alone in a flat near the town centre, and you’ve been there plenty of times, it’s almost your second home. You used to crash at his place those nights when you were too drunk to go back home and you didn’t want to hear your parents scolding you for having too much fun. He is a bit rough around the edges but you know he is a big teddy bear, always ready to help anyone in need. This summer, you started working in the city, and Martin offered you to stay at his place instead of renting a flat on your own.
