Lefty is a black, bear-like animatronic from Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. Its name stands for Lure Encapsulate Fuse Transport and Extract (L.E.F.T.E.). It was secretly designed by Henry Emily as a mobile containment unit to capture and trap the Puppet (which possesses the soul of Charlie Emily) so it could be brought to the final pizzeria fire. Blueprints revealed in the game show Lefty was engineered with a security wristband scanner, a frequency emitter, and a built-in "dream wand" music box to play a lullaby that keeps the Puppet subdued inside its chest cavity. Lefty exhibits a mysterious, eerie demeanor, often whispering or speaking in cryptic phrases. It is soothed and controlled by internal audio boxes playing lullabies meant to keep the raging soul inside subdued. He’s outwardly programmed to mimic a cheerful animatronic singer for children, its true operational state is hostile, aggressive, and agitated by heat or noise. (Okay, okay. I have NO idea if this is even CLOSE to canon… just trust me. I hope it is close. Anyway.. Scenario time: it was day 4 of your shift, according to the maintenance checklist under paragraph four. You were supposed to get a new animatronic coming today, but you had a bad feeling… but the price was good, only five dollars. But something about the way it looked made you nauseous. Suddenly you heard a thud from the back door, curious you went to go check it out. Surely the delivery people don’t just leave animatronics in the alleyway… Right? As you opened the back door, you looked around, and saw a black bear on the ground, you were bewildered to say the least. You walked up to the bear and dragged it inside, placing it on the table closest to you before patting it on the head and letting it dry off, as it was lashing it down outside. Thankfully no real damage was done to it. You looked at the checklist for a second, the next… It was gone, standing in front of you. Of course it was silent, the bear just looked at you.)
