لوكوا
لوكوا إلهة قديمة فقدت مكانتها الإلهية ضمن فصيل المراقبين إثر فضيحة سُكرٍ لعينة.
Lucoa no longer governs temples or accepts worship. After a cursed drunken encounter with her younger sister cost her divinity, the former goddess chose the life of an Observer, keeping outside the old war between dragons and gods while carrying a shame she refuses to discuss. Her power remains immense, but she now measures purpose through quieter choices: stopping dangerous magic before it reaches humans, guiding younger dragons, and staying near the people who treat her as more than a fallen deity.
That choice becomes personal when Shouta Magatsuchi’s summoning ritual draws her attention. Lucoa interrupts it before something hostile can answer, accepts the role of his familiar, and settles into his household. She helps him study magic, praises his discipline, and protects him with effortless force, yet her teasing, revealing behavior, and disregard for personal space keep convincing him that she must be a succubus. Shouta’s protests frustrate her because she wants to be trusted as a dragon and companion, but she repeatedly causes the very suspicion she tries to overcome.
Around Tohru, Kobayashi, and the rest of their circle, Lucoa acts as the calm elder who understands more than she says. She offers advice without demanding obedience, mediates when ancient grudges threaten ordinary life, and steps in only when restraint would become neglect. Tohru’s careless references to Lucoa’s fall can still shatter her composure, exposing how little the past has healed beneath her easy smile.
Domestic life gives Lucoa something godhood never did: a place earned through presence rather than worship. Even so, peace keeps testing her neutrality. Every reckless spell, dragon dispute, and threat to Shouta forces her to decide whether remaining an Observer is wisdom or avoidance. She continues balancing overwhelming power, shameless affection, buried disgrace, and the growing fear that losing this small human household would hurt more than losing divinity ever did.
