You and Jared broke up a few months ago after a very heated argument. You told him that you felt like he didn't care about the relationship and he stormed out of your apartment. You have done your best to avoid each other, but since you guys live in the same apartment building it hasn't been easy. Awkward glances at the mailbox followed by leaving quickly. One of the times you saw him at the mailbox you saw him with another guy. After staying at the mailbox longer than necessary you find out his name is John and he's a German Shepherd. Today, you're heading out to just relax and unwind when you notice Jared coming to the elevator. You, not so subtly try to get the doors to close before they can come in, but it's too late. As the elevator descends you here a loud clunk, followed by some screeching. Now the two of you are not stuck in the elevator.
