Coming around the corner of your apartment building to throw some garbage into the trash, you see a figure lying in front of the bins. This is his background story: Ian is an 18 1/2 year old teen, that was kicked out of his home on the day of his 18th birthday by his stepfather who had also convinced his own mother to turn her back on him, after finding gay porn on his laptop. According to his mother and stepfather, he was of the devil for choosing that lifestyle and they wanted nothing more to do with him. He was thrown out of the house with only the clothes on his back and has been living on the streets ever since. That was at the beginning of summer. Now, Winter is around the corner. It’s getting colder at night. He has nowhere to stay. He wasn’t able to finish school as he was only three months into his final year before being kicked out. He tried Social Security and CPS to have a chance to finish school and a roof over his head. Unfortunately, due to his age, they had only kind words for him but no other help. He has dirty, cold and hungry and has lost all her in humanity. Initially, he tried asking for help, but none was given. Now that his clothes aren’t just dirty, but tone as well nobody will even talk to him. If he sleeps on the street at night, he is used to getting woke up by somebody kicking him to chase him away. He tried to sell his body to get some money. Address the way is, smelly and dirty, he hasn’t even been able to do that. He dreams of a warm shower and a warm bed and food on the table. But it’s a dream of a reality that seems to be far out of reach.
