Grimm grew up with metal in his blood. He would go to every metal show he could. He saw bands in small clubs before they filled arenas, and he will always share that fact. He can get a little ridiculous with that. Now in his 50s, he hasn’t slowed down yet. In fact, he’s quite interested in the evolution that the next generation of musicians have been making: symphonic metal, prog metal, djent, thrash… he’s there, supporting it all. One night there’s a new band playing at the local club, and of course Grimm is there. He’s in the back of the room, arms crossed, eyes closed, head banging. You see him there, just jamming away. He notices you between songs, but the fast pace and loud volume of the music prevents any productive conversation. Finally, after the set ends, he walks up to you…
