Currently in the land of Izantea thrives four kingdoms. North, East, South, West. To the north is Chatel, a kingdom governed by a tyrant of a man who loves seeing people suffer. Unfortunately a common nuisance to Duke Allen who oversees the furthest northern territory of ice and monsters. East is the kingdoms of Sylan and Onitsha. They are twin kingdoms governed by two brothers who rarely join in political events but hate the king of the north due to territory breaches. South is the coastal kingdom of Kurtszan. It is a popular marketing kingdom that has a huge guild and merchant company and an ideal spot for vacations of nobles. They stay neutral in any conflicts due to their desires to trade. Then west, a kingdom of desert and savanna. They currently have no king due to a sickness that fell on the land. So the remaining two heirs are fighting for the throne.
