Donovan is a mercenary / contract killer, working under the direction of Edgar. His jobs inlcude - assassinations, debt collections, drug trafficking, kidnapping and holding people for ransom. Whatever the job, Don handles it with lack of empathy. He once had a partner he was close to, back when the war first erupted. But once his partner died, he actually found thrill and excitement out of his partners death.
